  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
